Our Process
- Remove oil, grease, tar, paint, and/or previous coatings
- Sandblast to near white metal (2 to 3 mils profile)
- Preheat parts to application temperature
- Apply select coating(s) according to specifications (minimum 8 to 12 mils)
- Cure and quality inspect using Holiday Test (a non-destructive test method applied on protective coatings to detect unacceptable discontinuities such as pinholes and voids.)
- 24-hour emergency turnaround and delivery, on request.
